This technology is suitable for luxury packaging boxes, advanced book covers, and brand paper products. But if the stickiness is not enough to affect the bonding effect of the tactile membrane, it affects the overall effect. Like a mobile phone film, first you must ensure that there is no dust on the film. Secondly, there is no air in the middle, to ensure the overall effect, the middle can not have a blind spot; finally, you have to guarantee the use of time. Long, some membrane because of sticky reason, did not take a few days to fall down, such a film quality is no good.
The viscous factors that affect the tactile film are generally divided into wetting and infiltration.
Wetting is to moisten the surface of the tactile membrane and the surface of the sticky object, because after wetting, the blind spot can be avoided in the middle, and the pressure sensitive adhesive can only be wetted with the surface of the sticky object to achieve close contact and create conditions for the physical and chemical combination.
Molecular movement and diffusion: the pressure sensitive adhesive molecules move to the surface of the sticky material. When the distance bond between the two is less than 5A, it will produce a physical and chemical combination. This physical and chemical combination is not only good, but also has a long duration.
Permeation: through the flow of the glue layer, the penetration of the grooves to the void under certain pressure makes the contact area of both of them increase, and the mechanical binding force is produced between the adhesive and the sticky material. Knowledgeable people know that the concave-convex bonding method will be more solid, because the contact area becomes larger, more vulnerable to damage and viscosity failure.
